As the holiday season approaches, we’re thrilled to be part of your gifting and plant-collecting traditions! Our small but dedicated team is working hard to process and ship orders quickly, making sure your plants arrive happy and healthy.

Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please allow 24 hours before reaching out—packages often show up within that time. If not, we’re here to help!

Still need to reach us? Fill out the contact form below or email us at info@lazy-gardens.com. Please include your Order Number, any Address Updates, and photos if your plant arrived damaged or you think it will be helpful for us to see. We’ll get back to you within 1 to 2 business days.

Important Holiday Shipping Dates 🎁

To ensure your plants arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by December 15 and select shipping via Priority Mail.

No shipping from December 22 through January 2. Orders placed during this time will begin processing on January 3.
